   2012 Home Seller’s Bang for the Buck Special!

Get the home’s money maker rooms staged for only $295 – this discount will get the kitchen/dining room, living room, master bedroom and bath) in show ready condition.  Includes hands on staging utilizing your home furnishings and accessory.   Add’l staged rooms at $55 an hour.  Affordable accessory rental is also available.  Call 608-219-0532.

Initial Consultation — $110 (A $50.00 credit will go towards any future staging service)

During this one and half hour meeting, I’ll assess the seller’s goals, expectations and provide counsel on how to get the maximum return on investment for any home improvements. Seller will receive my eight-step home staging process and I’ll roll up my sleeves and give a quick staging transformation of one room.   I’ll end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for the home.

Top Ten Priority Report – $150

The Top Ten Priority Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged but just need a little extra direction.  A customized detailed report is provided that focuses on the ten most important things that should be done right away to increase the value of the home and achieve a faster sale.  Perfect for DIY who want to put their dollars into the areas that will garner a fast sale.

Half or Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign *

Half day staging is perfect for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise. Full day staging will get sellers the show ready home needed for Open Houses and marketing efforts.  Working from my eight-step Action Plan, I’ll begin to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  I will have already assessed what competing homes offer and will provide the following report that will include:

• Room transformations that either include your personal belongings or rental accessories
• If necessary, I will make rental furniture selections and handle both delivery/return arrangements
• Quality photos for the marketing efforts will be provided and your home will be featured on Creative Edge Staging Solutions website
• Visuals of what needs to be purchased for updating each room of the home.

I’ll stop just shy of the agreed upon contracted services in order to assess the progress.   I’ll go through the home and fill out the Action Plan, so the seller can complete any remaining work on their own.  The Action Plan will include:

• Detail recommended cosmetic improvements
• Paint color choices
• Additional accessory  purchases
• Details on what to do in the rooms not completed
• “Do-It-Yourself” guide and links for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of the home

* Staging projects include many variables because every home and situation is different.  Therefore, it is difficult to include costs of 1/2 day and full day staging on this website.  Hourly staging rates start at just $55.00 per hour. Rental of accessories and furniture are quoted separate from staging services.  Please call 608-219-0532 to discuss the details of your project so I may better customize and quote a plan for you.  Both half day and full day staging services include a pre- Open House walk through to ensure everything is as it should be when potential buyer’s walk through your door!

Shopping Service — $45 per hour

I’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of the home.  I know where to go to get the best deals and even get “Designer Discounts” on purchases.
